- QR code for reviews at the counter
- Every review replied to within 48 hours
4. Website
- City name in the homepage title tag and H1 (e.g. “… in Calicut”)
- Separate page for every main service
- Address, embedded map and click-to-call on the contact page
- LocalBusiness schema markup added
- Website loads in under 3 seconds on mobile
5. Local authority
- Listed in relevant Kerala and industry directories
- Links from local associations, events or sponsorships
- Mentions in Kozhikode news or blogs where possible
